+ The Gaianoah Social-Club is an establishment offering gentles and expressives sports, leisures, well-being and relaxation.
+ Its mandate is to vitalize deontology that promote health, citizenship values and economic, societal and solidarity ethics.

I – The federation
+ The federation brings together all the ‘Social-Club GAIANOAH’, including the one present in your neighborhood, because they all tend towards the same objective: the promotion of individual and societal health.
+ Its membership allows clubs to benefit from numerous advantages, including (1) assistance in the creation and development of the activity, (2) accompaniement in the organization of events and competitions, (3) technical and logistical support.
+ It requires member clubs to adopt defined statutes, internal regulations and ethics. It can accept or reject a club, as well as exclude members, if they do not or no longer meet its expectations and standards.
+ The federation make available performance tools and materials and strengthens cohesion between adherent clubs and between their members. It provides the necessary licenses, equipments and insurances to users.
II – The clubs
+ The members of the ‘Social-Club GAIANOAH’ share a traditional moral code imbued with martial arts, whose 7 values are:

- Kindness
- Respect
- Sincerity
- Honnor
- Loyalty
+ We vitalize individual and societal health using the concept of health promotion within sports clubs, a method not only focused on the physical activity of the public, but aimed at exploiting the potential of all the activities of the structure and its environment, for health and well-being purposes.
+ We advocate, both physically and mentally, flexibility, balance, coordination, technique and discipline, following 3 major fundamental principles which are :
- The best use of energy : the psyche is what binds everything, through nature and spirit,
- Mutual aid, through caring support and organized progress,
- Mutual prosperity, with a salutogenic will.
+ Each GAIANOAH Social Club, including the one present in your territory, offers (1) gentle gymnastics activities, which can be recreational or martial, (2) expressive activities such as singing, painting or sculpture, (3) a cooking and board game workshop and (4) a psychological listening office.
