I – The instalation
+ The GAIANOAH organization is composed of a media space, a social-club and a private section, whose members form a society in order to undertake their environment.
+ Its legal architecture consists of a parent company, managing social and financial capital, a nonprofit, managing members and their activities and a workshop for materials and artistics supplies.

+ The Gaianoah Social-Club is an establishment offering gentles and expressives sports, leisures, well-being and relaxation.
+ Its mandate is to vitalize deontology that promote health, citizenship values and economic, societal and solidarity ethics.

We share interests and responsibilities with the aim of achieving common objectives*.

+ Memberships start at just €2/year, for (a) a simple member card, allowing you to participate in our games and events (Socrates section) and are €51/year for (b) a classic member card, allowing you to participate in our games, activities, events and benefit from the exclusives integrated services of the GAIANOAH organization (Rabelais section) to more, for our benefactors, with (c) the Darwin member card.
+ The games of the GAIANOAH organization consist of (a) digital games, the aim of which is a Metaverse like the Earth and its space colonies, allowing micro-economy between individuals, see Organigram III-c2 below, and (b) role-playing and adventure games in real situations. + The activities of the GAIANOAH organization are (a) internals to the functioning of the members sections (Administration : management, accounting, law / Admission : reception, integration, evaluation / Organization – club, press, art) and (b) specific to the social-club structure (gentles and expressives sports, leisures, well-being and relaxation), see below III-b2 for more information.
+ GAIANOAH integrated services (Rabelais and Darwin sections) consist of connecting social and financial capital between members (individuals, businesses and organizations), following their wishes and commitments within our midst, in order to find place and benefits, both on subjectives and objectives levels, privates or professionals, in external society.
+ All members of the organization, following their contribution, receive (1) a physical ‘Collector’ card (limited edition, numbered and certified) and (2) an electronic wallet containing the QIcoin cryptocurrency. This international wallet is unique, individual and inalienable – it constitutes identity and rule of law for its holder – and allows to participate in the governance of the GAIANOAH organization, its games, activities and events.
