I – The organization
+ The GAIANOAH organization is composed of a Mother house, managing the social and financial capital, a Workshop, in charge of training (ecosophy + cognitive science) and Games (role-playing + XR virtual reality) and a leisure Club, offering well-being and relaxation.

+ Its members form a collective in order to improve their understanding of the psyche and, following a third wave of humanism, to engage with their societal environment in salutogenic ways. They are bound by a strong ethical Code (sacred oath).

+ Its mission is part of the DIESIS network (EU 1997) and the ESS law (FR 2014).
+ Its mandate is to revitalize an ethic that promotes health, moral values and a solidarity economy.

+ Its mission is part of the SSE (social and solidarity economy framework).
+ Its mandate is to vitalize moral values, humanism and sustainable development, by all legal means, whether naturals, materials or artificials, plus the exploitation of the cachet of its brand ‘GAIANOAH’.

II – The solidar collective
We share interests and responsibilities with the aim of achieving common objectives.
We use the concept of societal psychomotricity with the tools that are are the human sciencies and fine arts.
+ To participate in our games, activities, events and benefit from exclusive access integrated into the GAIANOAH organization, membership fees start at only €2/year with the discovery membership card (Socrates section) and are €51/year with the classic membership card (Rabelais section) and more, for our benefactors, with the Darwin membership card.
+ The games of the GAIANOAH organization consist of role-playing and adventure games whose objectives are to enable a collaborative economy and to compose on the theme Expert of the Psyche. For more information see organizational chart below and Workshop location.
+ The activities of the GAIANOAH organization are administrative (management, law, accounting), benevolent (reception, integration, evaluation) and event (media, sport-leisure, celebration). For more information, see the organizational chart below and Social-Club location.
+ Exclusive access integrated into the GAIANOAH organization (Rabelais and Darwin sections) consists of connecting social and financial capital between members (individuals, companies and organizations), following their wishes and commitments within us, in order to find place and benefits in the external society.
+ All members, following their contributions, receive a Collector’s physical card (limited edition, numbered and certified) and an electronic wallet containing 51 QIcoin Tokens (psi ψ), allowing to participate in the governance of the GAIANOAH organization, its games, activities and events. This international wallet is unique, individual and constitutes rule of law.
